On the Website, you may purchase FinCon University virtual courses located at https://finconuniversity.teachable.com/ (“FinCon University”). The terms and conditions related to the purchase through FinCon University are located at https://finconuniversity.teachable.com/p/terms.
You may also purchase passes to in-person events, including the annual FinCon conference and FinCon Masters events. The terms and conditions related to the purchase of a ticket to any in-person event are located at https://finconexpo.com/event-policies/.
LICENSE FOR USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Digital Products available for sale on the Website were developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission.
YOUR PRIVACY
We respect the privacy of our user. For details please see our Privacy Policy located at https://finconexpo.com/privacy-policy/. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
FINCON LOCAL
FinCon Local is designed to pair up local members of the FinCon community. The Website provides users the option to find an existing group or to request permission to start one of your own. Users who belong to a local group are called “members.” The group is managed by “coordinators.” When you participate in a local group, Website users can see you listed as a member of that local group and a link to your website.
The Company only provides a forum for users to connect in person. The Company does not monitor any submissions or screen potential or existing members. You are solely responsible for your conduct in any FinCon local groups and you expressly assume the risk associated with joining any FinCon Local group or attending an in-person meet-up. The Company disclaims any perceived, implied or actual duty to monitor the FinCon Local groups and disclaims any responsibility or liability for anything that occurs within a FinCon :ocal group, whether online or at an in-person event.
FINCON MARKETPLACE
FinCon Marketplace (the “Marketplace”) is a platform on the Website that allows advertisers and content creators to connect and enter into affiliate marketing agreements. Content creators may access the Marketplace by creating a free account at https://finconexpo.com/marketplace/. To create an account, you must provide your name and email address and create a username and password (the “Marketplace Account”). After creating the Marketplace Account, users will then provide information about their website, including but not limited to website address, ownership and statistics.
Users may then access a list of offers from a variety of advertisers with affiliate marketing programs (the “Offers”). Users may apply for Offers through the Marketplace. Users will be notified about the status of the application for the Offer through the advertiser directly.
Company has referral agreements in place with advertisers in the FinCon Marketplace. In exchange for obtaining a listing in the Marketplace, advertisers agree to pay referral fees to Company for referring content creators to their programs. If you are a company that would like to be featured on the FinCon Marketplace, you can contact Company at affiliates@finconexpo.com. Company is under no obligation to list any third party on the FinCon Marketplace.
The Company solely provides a platform where advertisers and content creators can connect. You are solely responsible for any contracts or agreements you enter into with a third-party on or through the FinCon Marketplace. The Company disclaims any perceived, implied or actual duty to monitor the FinCon Marketplace or Offers and disclaims any responsibility or liability for anything that occurs because of or in connection with an Offer.
AFFILIATE MARKETING
From time to time, the Website may engage in affiliate marketing. This means that if you use an affiliate link to make a purchase, the Website will receive a commission on that purchase. All efforts are made to ensure that affiliate links are disclosed in accordance with the FTC.
FTC DISCLOSURE
From time to time, the Website may post sponsored content from an advertiser. This means that an advertiser, which may be a brand, agency, or influencer network, will contract with PT Money Conferences to create content featuring certain messages or product placement. ARBITRATION

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
