- ConvertKit – this service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. ConvertKit stores your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications. ConvertKit’s storage and processing of your data is also subject to its privacy policy.
- Right Message – this service is used to collect information for the Company’s mailing list. Right Message may collect your name and email address and integrates with ConvertKit. Right Message’s storage and processing of your data is also subject to its privacy policy.
- TicketSpice – The website uses TicketSpice to manage ticket sales and attendee information for in-person events such as the FinCon annual conference and the FinCon Masters events. When orders are placed through TicketSpice, the Website will collect information about the purchase. To purchase a ticket to an in-person event, you will need to provide your name, address, email address, payment information, website address, social media handles, t-shirt size. This information is used strictly for order fulfillment. TicketSpice does not share your payment information with the Company. TicketSpice’s storage and processing of your information is also subject to its privacy policy.
- Teachable – The website uses Teachable to provide online courses and recordings of previous FinCon in-person events (“FinCon University”). When orders are placed through Teachable, the Website will collect information about the purchase. To purchase from FinCon University, you will need to provide your name, email address and payment information. This information is used strictly for order fulfillment. Teachable does not share your payment information with the Company. Teachable’s storage and processing of your information is also subject to its privacy policy.
At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.
Unless required by law, PT Money Conferences will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent; however, PT Money Conferences may disclose or transfer personal information collected through the Website to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.
