Scholarships

Making FinCon Accessible
to NEW Personal Finance Creators & Attendees

Scholarships will continue to make FinCon more accessible for new Personal Finance content creators, but we are also extending scholarships to creators who have never attended a FinCon event in person or online.

It doesn’t matter if you just just began your platform 6 months ago or if you’ve been creating Personal Finance content for 6 years...

If you’ve never been to FinCon & you haven’t purchased a pass for FC22, you are welcome to apply for a scholarship.

100+

#FINCON22 Scholarships

The FinCon scholarship program was created in 2016 to make the event more accessible to new Personal Finance content creators. In the years since, we’ve been able to provide scholarships for over 100 creators. You can see previous winners here.

We’ve given away as many as 35-50 scholarships a year in the past, but this year we’re giving away over a hundred scholarships in one year. Yep, over a hundred!

40%

dedicated to those who represent or
serve marginalized communities

Just like last year, at least 40% of scholarships will be dedicated to those who represent or serve marginalized communities.

Special Thanks

Thanks to the following sponsors for each providing five scholarships.

Scholarship Concierge

We’ve got a lot of plans for scholarship winners this year, including their very own Scholarship Concierge who will help them navigate their first FinCon experience so that they don’t miss a thing.
