Scholarships will continue to make FinCon more accessible for new Personal Finance content creators.
Scholarships are for first-year creators who have begun consistently creating Personal Finance content within the last year.
For first-year Personal Finance bloggers, podcasters, YouTubers, advisors, freelancers, social media influencers -- anyone creating digital content in the Personal Finance space.

The FinCon scholarship program was created in 2016 to make the event more accessible to new Personal Finance content creators. In the years since, we’ve been able to provide scholarships for over 250 creators. You can see previous winners here.

serve marginalized communities
As in previous years, at least 40% of scholarships will be dedicated to those who represent or serve marginalized communities.
Scholarship Concierge
We’ve got a lot of plans for scholarship winners this year, including their very own Scholarship Concierge who will help them navigate their first FinCon experience so that they don’t miss a thing.
Who’s eligible?
First-year Personal Finance bloggers, podcasters, YouTubers, advisors, freelancers, authors, social media influencers -- anyone creating digital content in the Personal Finance space.
To qualify:
You are a first-year creator who has begun consistently creating Personal Finance content on at least one public platform within the last year. Plus, you have not been to a FinCon event before (including Women in Money and #FinConX) and are not currently registered for #FinCon23.
Application deadline:
Complete the application by 11:59 pm (CST) on August 11, 2023.
What's included:
A #FinCon23 Basic Pass, currently valued at $279. Recipients are responsible for all other related expenses, including travel and lodging.
