COVID-19 Statement Regarding Our Events
Here is the latest information about our two events. This page will be updated as new developments occur. Please check back regularly.
#FinCon2020 (Long Beach, Sept 30 – Oct 3)
#FinCon2020 is taking place as scheduled. We will continue to monitor the national, state, and local government warnings in regards to the COVID-19 virus.
Safety is a top priority for us and we are in regular communication with the Long Beach Convention Center to ensure preparations and preventative measures are in place.
Updated Event Policy (i.e. Refund)
Understandably, we’ve been asked whether #FinCon2020 will be postponed or canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our current plan is to hold the event as scheduled and we have committed to updating our pass holders and sponsors/exhibitors no later than August 1, 2020. If the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact large group events through the summer, we will make a final determination about postponement no later than September 1, 2020.
In the event we must postpone #FinCon2020 due to circumstances beyond our control, the postponed event will take place no later than March 31, 2021. Should this happen, your pass or booth/sponsorship will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled dates. In the event we are unable to reschedule and hold FinCon in that timeframe, we will either transfer your pass or booth/sponsorship to the next scheduled event (#FinCon2021) or accept refund requests. Read all our event policies at http://finconexpo.com/event-policies/
The safety and well being of our community is our top priority and we are committed to maintaining regular communication with our ticket holders. Thank you for your understanding and please reach out if you have any questions.

Financial Freedom Summit (St. Louis, 2020)
From the Summit Team…
“It’s our goal to provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding the Summit and any changes because of the coronavirus. These are the updates available at this time:
- Due to the coronavirus and the various travel bans and event restrictions that followed, we are forced to reschedule the event later in the year 2020 (Date TBD). We will let you know as soon as we have more information. Your current ticket will serve as your ticket to the rescheduled event. If you cannot or do not wish to attend, we will issue a full refund as long as it’s requested within the acceptable time frame. This is an extremely hectic time for our team as you can imagine, so we will start to process refunds after the new dates for the Summit are announced. We appreciate your patience and support.
- We are considering a virtual Summit on May 1st and 2nd, 2020. This online event will be included with your ticket and you will still have full access to the rescheduled in-person event later in the year. We are still working out the logistics, scale, and feasibility of this event — more details to follow.
Please stay safe during these difficult times. We wish you and your families all of the best.
We’ll continue to update you as we receive more information.
